I would actively avoid staying at this hotel in the future. It didn’t meet my expectations for this brand. The hotel felt old and run-down both in the room and in the public areas. The furniture was worn thin and ripped. The bathroom door was hung crooked so that it only closed with effort. The hotel felt understaffed overall. Although we checked in online and specified our arrival would be 3p, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:40. We weren’t given an estimate for when it would be ready. We waited for the better part of an hour before they finally got us in. The complimentary breakfast was a joke, because they only had one employee paying any attention to it, and even then she wasn’t really giving it her whole effort. They were always out of food. We had to constantly ask the employee to get more food or plasticware. One morning, a full hour before breakfast ended, she up and left, carrying a plate of food for herself and leaving us to our own devices. The breakfast area was a mess. Spills didn’t get cleaned up. The trash was overflowing. And this was the case every morning of our four-night stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, hot breakfast with a good selection of choices. Room was SUPER CLEAN and comfortable. House keeping only when requested but that was okay for us. It was very nice having a full kitchen in the room as well, would definitely stay here again.

This is not a 3 star hotel. More like a seedy motel. Our family arrived after 7pm, waited 20+ mins to check-in the were told, "Your room isn't ready. You can wait or get a refund." There was no eta on when the room would be ready. I asked for proof my reservation was canceled and refund, but was told the best they could give me was a paper that said $0 balance. Several days later I am still going back and forth with Hilton for my refund. Please also note this is not a safe hotel or a place for families. There were seedy character outside of the hotel with 40s drinking alcohol and it smelled like weed everywhere.

Stayed 1 week for a family ski trip. The staff works hard to please (hence 2 stars instead of 1), but there just isn't enough staff. Our room with kitchenette was comfortable, but was never serviced during our stay. We had to fetch our own towels and take the used ones to the laundry. The hallway stunk, trash set for days in the stairwell, loud teens ran the hallways after repeated requests to the front desk for assistance, and the overwhelmed cleaning staff decided to just leave a cart in the hall so we could forage for supplies. We used the hot tub once; the overuse of chlorine stung our eyes, and when we turned off the jets we saw that the water was filthy. I could go on but won't. We will not be returning.
