How many times have I come to Chili's. Ordered the Southwest Chili soup, and then a waiter come back to me and say they are all out. Every time. How do you run out all the time? Bring in more. It's only 6:00pm. That being said, the 3 for Me is a great deal! So much food for a small price. This specific Chili's, Super fast service, really nice waiters/waitresses, food was hot. Lemonade kept on coming before I finished mine. Overall, great experience

Once a year we try this Chili’s again. They keep remodeling, I assume to try to get customers back. But they just need to learn how to clean. They haven’t cleaned table top payment machines since they bought them, ten years ago. They have QR code for menu’s, I guess to help with sanitary conditions, but everything else is filthy. My kids love Chili’s but, it just isn’t what it used to be.

This is our first time doing curbside or even eating at chilis in Utah. We’ve both lived here for 7 years, and I can assure you we won’t be back. We waited for 20 minutes past our pickup time, so I called to get an ETA. However, Isabel decided to say “we only have one person on to-go, thanks” and hung up before I could even ask a question. I went into the restaurant and she walked back and forth not saying a word to anyone standing there FOR FIVE MINUTES. After that I just looked for our food and left. It Had been sitting there for 20+ minutes. And our food was burnt!!! This was the worst customer service experience. Don’t care how short staffed you are, you don’t treat paying customers this way! We won’t be eating here and we’ll make sure our friends and family boycott too.

We've been in town for almost a full month, eating out for dinner daily. The steak here was the best tasting one we've had thus far. Well seasoned and grilled to perfection med rare. The waiter I think his name was Johnathan, was very attentive and made the visit pleasurable. I will def be returning here again before we leave out next week.
