I live in Port Orchard- so when some problem lights came on I called my local dealership. They said they couldn’t get me in for a month and a half. A friend who lives in PA said I should try Wilder - he always had good luck with them. I called and just so happened that there was a cancellation later that day. 2 hours is a long drive to have a car looked at but I was desperate- graduate road trip planned. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Tess and other staff. I waited in the lobby which was immaculate and offered hot coffee comfortable chairs and the baseball game on TV. After a pretty short wait Tess came and told me what they had found. She also told me that they had the part (even though my Chrysler is a 2013) and they could fix it immediately and also she had called my warranty company and it was covered! And on top of it all they washed and vacuumed my car. Five star service by far - thank you guys for taking such good care of me. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Had a full fluids service, had to take my teuck back in because my front&rear differential covers had multiple loose bolts. So did my transmission. After they rechecked my fluids and "fixed" the bolts I got home and noticed my filler caps on the differentials were only finger tight.. I would be screwed if I never checked these things both times.. very disappointed 😞

My wife and I are 3K miles from home pulling a 5th wheel with my Ram truck when we discover a fuel leak on our last day in Port Angeles. It turns out to be a leaky fuel filter. I called the Wilder service department and talked to Derek, service advisor. He was great! Very understanding of our time table and future commitments to travel down the west coast. He asked us to bring it right in. By mid afternoon we were happy campers again. Thanks Derek! Also, you know when you walk into a business and can tell the atmosphere immediately? This one felt great! Employees chatting it up. Customers happy and appreciative.

Took our dodge dart in for an alignment. The staff at the service counter were extremely helpful. They were running a little behind and offered a car for me to use. I kept it overnight and returned the car in the morning when I picked up our car. They didnt try to force any services on us and did an outstanding job. We will be back for our future service needs.
