I was sent here after a Suicide attempt last year and it helped my mental health so much, the staff are super sweet and it’s a nice facility

My 30 year old son was brought here on a 52/50 hold. During his stay I felt that the staff cared thoughtfully and compassionately for him. They were professional and responsive during our visit and on several phone calls. I appreciated the fact that they did not over medicate him but only administered what was required for him to improve.

I'm looking for my nephew, I understand he has to stay in one of these places for a year, where would he be.? Which mental institution would he be in ?

Diane, it is an acute inpatient psychiatric facility located on Walnut Ave in Red Bluff. It’s not a long term care facility.

Can anyone tell me more about this place for minors?
