Great experience purchasing a Riding Lawnmower. I was shown how to operate the mower as well as how to maintain it. I asked if it could be delivered and they did so about an hour later. Service with a smile describes my experience, I will give them my business anytime.

The satisfied customer-when interacting with a business-typically will tell 2 other people of their satisfaction after fact. The dissatisfied customer however, will tell up to EIGHT people of their dissatisfaction regarding an interaction with a sub par place of business. I am writing this review as a way to personally attack a rude women that wears pigtails who works there, because I have infinitely too much class to cause a scene in person. Lady, who killed your goldfish? Please take some yoga classes or find a way to dispell the horrible energy you have BEFORE clocking on and being at service to the public! Your toxic demeanor must cease Signed: someone in your community that is concerned.

The snows are great people and they work to run an honest business. The mechanic on duty is knowledgeable and timely. I have done business here since opening my lawn and tree maintenance business and this is the only place I take my equipment to be repaired or to ask questions.

I took a piece of equipment in and authorize them to fix it. Once they got into it they realized that it would be much more expensive than a previously quoted. Even though I told them to fix it no matter what, they had the decency and courtesy to call me and let me know what the situation was before they proceeded further. I'm glad he did because once I knew the extent of the work needed I decided to change my mind. Seems like a really good place I will continue taking my equipment there.
