Nice and cold washer and dryer but their bathrooms never open and it's starting to be a little dirty inside and the people that do come worried just about washing the clothes that they have set of cleaning up Alside and I need sinks and I need more and sanitizers in there

After reading the reviews for this laundromat I was hesitant to go there. But it's only 5 minutes from my home so I decided to judge for myself. There are plenty of washers, dryers, folding tables and carts, but they could use a few more chairs. There are vending machines, 2 change machines, an ATM and best of all you can use your debit card on most of the washers! Every machine here is at least $1 cheaper than the last laundromat I went to, but without an attendant on duty they can afford to be cheaper and still be in business. Although the facility wasn't "filthy", as some of the reviews said, it could have been cleaner. There were a few people who needed assistance and I was more than happy to help. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because their restroom was out of order. If they don't want to hire an attendant, they should at least have someone come in and clean twice a day. Addendum My first visit to your business and I decide that your reviewers have judged you unfairly. But then how often do you see a good review? So I write what I think is a favorable and honest review. Well it is obvious, by the owner's response to my review, that he/she didn't think it was favorable. In fact the owner "sounded" hostile, aggressive and defensive 😳 I do believe that someone has an axe to grind, they've just chosen the wrong stone to sharpen it with. I would rather pay more to a business that appreciates it's customers.

This place was really dirty and for what you pay for a wash and dry it should have been way cleaner. Also didn't feel like my blankets got clean. It smelled like old clothes in there. Look out for uneven floors.

This was a clean and a great place to do laundry, now it's a dump and who the heck cleans their golf clubs at the laundromat? This place used to be nice when there was an attendent on duty and from the comments I see from the owner, he/she doesn't care at all.
