Food service was very slow, the place did not seem too clean and having to leave a tip when service is not the best rather annoys me but due to the poor wages servers get in the USA is the way things are done. I have visited an Eat'n Park on three different occasions when visiting the US and unfortunately I have yet to have a good experience if I am being honest although it always seem rather busy and family like to go so perhaps it's just because I'm English?

Just walked out (and the people behind us did too) after standing around for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. This is why your restaurant will be out of business soon

Very small salad bar. Less verity. Only 2 types of soups and chicken soup was really salty. Mushy looking fruit. Pasta salad was tasteless. Could not find anything to go for a second plate! But it was $11.99/person! Regretted the $30 we spent here today! Will never go back. Sorry!

Plastic in my chicken bruschetta!! I was only a few bites in and saw something that shouldn’t be there. I pulled a little and this piece of plastic came out. Appetite ruined :-/ Even the employee at the pick up window wasn’t very nice. She closed window in my face before I could hand her a cash tip. Grabbed the five and closed window just as quickly after getting it. I’m assuming I got treated the way I did at first because they thought I wasn’t tipping but we shouldn’t assume. I just used to serve and know cash is better than cc tip. Yes they were busy but manners count even in drive through to go.
