KIM IS A SAINT! She literally saved the day for me! I called Hair City in an absolute panic because I was screwed over by Hair Day in SouthSide. I placed an order for extensions and was promised that they would be in before my hair trial. Long story short...Hair Day never placed my order and I was left scrambling with less than 24hrs to find extensions that were my tone and the length that I needed. Thankfully, I was directed to Hair City and Kim answered the phone! She walked me through what I needed (this was my first time buying extensions) and calmed my nerves. When I walked in the door later that day, she knew exactly who I was and what I needed. She was extremely professional and knew her stuff! The store was busy and she was the only one working at the moment, but I never felt rushed or pressured. She made sure I was comfortable and confident with the product before I made the purchase. My hair trial was today, and the extensions were perfect! I HIGHLY recommend Kim to any Bride in Pittsburgh!
