Alpine Village Park and Ride

This lot is on the P12 busline. Lots of space but it fills up fast. Get there before 7am and you'll have no problem finding a spot. This is a bus stop where it's an unsaid rule to stand in a single file line. If you get there before 6am the line forms in reverse order, so you face the direction of the bus arrival, but the line forms toward the entrance of the park and ride. I've been using this lot for 4 years and Port Authority has done well keeping up with the lot. It's always salted and plowed in winter. They often leave reminders on all of the cars to not use the lot as a carpool site and to park in designated parking spots only. This tells me they are policing during the day. They've recently placed poles at the ends of rows to ensure the entrance ways are clear which has helped traffic flow.

People parked everywhere and in the middle blocking your way out. Not enough spaces. Lots of people use the lot for carpooling. Please police your policies!
