Pool city in Monroeville has very poor customer Service. Pass this place up it's not worth it, as its expensive and they are very arriagant.

Ordered and paid for a pool in March, still waiting. Was told would definitely have it by the end of May, beginning of June. Now I call every week and get no answer on when to expect it. Very frustrated with the run around. I'll give it one more week then will be asking for a full refund (Paid in full) and go somewhere that can deliver when promised.

I stop here when I need something for the pool in a pinch, but they don't carry much swimming pool items anymore. Just the general needed items. The only chemicals they sell, that I prefer is Pool Life (limited selection). They sell swimming pools, outdoor furniture, pool tables, hot tubs...etc.

Great place for pool supplies. Friendly and helpful staff in the hot tub area. Had some really good sales and more than happy to help you out with questions.
