This was the most racist experience of my life. I had to get a replacement car and the manager made me wait 2 hours for tapes to be reviewed to make sure that I returned the other car. The other car had been towed to the other facility. After customer service got involved and gave her the doctor I had to wait another hour for the car, then she refused to let me leave saying she was doing the paperwork. She was nasty and unpredictable. I will never rent from enterprise again. Ever.
