When I first entered the store, I was greeted by the salesperson in a friendly way & was directed to the area of the store that had the furniture I was looking for! The salespersin was not pushy in any way, but made herself available for any questions I had! The furniture in the store was of excellent sturdy quality & I couldn't believe the low prices! The warranty was also amazing & helped me to feel that if Bob's would stand behind their merchandise like that, I had nothing to risk & everything to gain in completing the purchase!!!!

We had a great experience shopping for new furniture! Upon entering, we was greeted by Ernie. What a personality! He left us to browse and wasn’t pushy like other places we had visited that day. That in itself was a relief! When we finally found what we were looking for, we was disappointed on functions but after asking questions to Ernie, he showed us the furniture we fell in love with actually had everything we wanted! We were sold! Ernie walked us through the entire process and the purchase was made! We also had a great conversation with a manager who was so appreciative of our business! The only reason we didn’t do 5 stars is due to having to wait the 3 months for our furniture. However, that is not their fault! Awesome experience and we can’t wait for our furniture to be delivered when it’s time!!! Highly recommend and ask for Ernie! He’s great!

I was most impressed with the professional sales representatives, and their thoughtful way of presenting their products, including the products they have for the care of the furniture. It’s clear ‘Bob’ considered everything when designing his product line. But then I saw the candy jars….and the cookies and the ice cream…all free!!! How thoughtful and considerate was this?! You don’t see this on the commercials, cause it’s their way of showing appreciation to their customers. I love a business that puts time and energy into making their customer’s experience memorable… my new favorite furniture company!!

We have bought furniture from Bobs for going on 8 years now, and we always get treated wonderful. Every time we walk in the front door we are always greeted by a friendly face. Yesterday we were greeted by Jim V. He has been with Bobs for over 5 years , he was extremely knowledgeable of the products and quality. He helped us with a smile and was kind , as I was in a hurry , we were able to order , get our paperwork done and leave very quickly. We were also greeted by the manager she was very nice and attentive, and Eric also helped us with some clearance pillows. We recommend Bobs and will continue purchasing furniture from them in the future.

Masks for all, staff wipes downs anything used or touch and cleans off the furniture frequently.
No you do not need an appointment to visit Bob's Showroom. We are open 11-7 everyday.
