I remember when going to an Apple Store and someone would welcome you and truly try and resolve your problem without making you feel totally incompetent. Guess I’m just too old now and base my memories against today’s reality… all I needed was some guidance on getting my phone to upload emails… I was given little help, only general instructions on what I had to do… yes, I had to do the work… and not being a ‘genius’ I struggled… all the while getting more frustrated with the impression I was wasting their time. I could go on complaining… but why…

Had a positive experience here today. Funny, I’m thinking that I’ve had 5 or 6 experiences here, and EACH ONE POSITIVE. Whether busy or not, they’ve always identified my problem and routed it to the proper employee, who worked on and corrected my problem. Impressive. Apple has got it going on. Here’s the best part: almost always the solution has been at no-to-little cost, like today. Today they diagnosed and fixed my iPad. Previously they added another year to my MacBook. These folks know their s***. If you have an apple product, and have a problem, GET HERE. You’ll be amazed.

We checked in and the customer service rep was basically trying to get us to leave since they closed in a little over an hour, and we were interested in buying phones. However, we were checked in and told someone would be with us in 15 minutes. We waited 30 minutes without help and when we asked the status of getting assistance, we were told said someone skipped in front of us. Left without help. Worst shopping experience and poor customer service.

I went there to buy an iphone 13 and the Sales rep told me that I had to wait 1 hour to get the phone and there were 3 members of the staff were standing free on the counters. I got into an argument with them. 1 guy came to and said that it was a miscommunication and he brought the phone from inside and charged my card. They tried to kept me waiting on a purpose. One more lady wanted to buy a watch was sent back to come back after 1 hour. That was the worst experience at Apple Ross park. I would prefer to go to Apple south side next time.

Call apple and they will make an appointment with the apple store of your choice
The charge as of June 20, 2018 is 29.99 if your warranty has expired. That includes the battery and replacement of it. Appointments are recommended at the store to have this done for your convenience.
