Great people to deal with Jeff the manager would give me a call and up date on my side by side cart. I was dealing with another Jeff in the parts department one of nicest guy u would want to meet he took the time to explain the problem with my cart. I would recommend these people to you.

First, I’ll start by admitting I made the mistake of not buying my dream boat from Berkley Outdoors. Nothing to do with them but I fish a lot of tournaments and travel and wouldn’t of had a boat for a couple of months due to the build. Instead, I bought a new 2022 Nitro Z19 Cup equipped series from a dealer in Augusta and have had nothing but issues. Things installed on the boat where wrongly done. I went to Lewis several times at Berkeley and talked to him about my issues with this other dealer and the problems that dealer created. He introduced me to Brea and Jeff in service department and we all went to look at my Nitro. There were over 18 things that the other dealers screwed up. They found these mistakes fast and set a service date to fix the unwanted mess the other dealer made. Guys, from day one these people had my back and are taking their time to fix necessary warranty repairs and a few other things. I also, through this process, met Manager Jeff Heron and he was great as well. I feel very comfortable and fortunate to have such a great staff working to get me back in the water to compete. Thank you Berkeley Outdoors. Can’t wait to get her back better than ever!
