I recently purchased a pre-owned Stingray from Mid-Carolina Marine and I would like to thank the entire team, especially Tim Martin. He took the time to take me out on the lake and explain everything from trailering, loading, unloading and the operation of the boat. The communication during and after the transaction was excellent. Service Department is terrible! Took my boat to them first of the year and they told me they were a few weeks out (no big deal, most shops are), a month and a half later they were finally getting around to looking at it. They ended up keeping the boat about 3 to 3.5 months and kept giving me the run around. After finally getting my boat back and in the water 4 months after having it back and less than 20 hrs later now I'm buying a new lower unit... When I called to tell them about it the service manager basically tells me its not his problem. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.
