I don't live here I just toured the complex and the model home. The agent was very kind and attentive and honestly I don't have anything against this complex, its just not good value imo. The quality of the residence for the price being asked is not optimal. The kitchen drawers were the give away, they did not slide smoothly and overall you can see that the tile around the fireplace wasn't lined up correctly and the outdoor closet was falling apart which suggests low maintenance or lack of attention to detail. This was on the "model home" so I can't imagine what it looks like on the actual residences.

I have been talking tore0ekside since mid December. Unfortunately health problems have kept i the hospital and now the is going to be very soon. Incense everyone good thoughts a and prayers. Six months in a hospital bed is way too long. While stuck w/o the very little to do. I have seared eery apartment in greater Portland. the ladies of creekside.fe have been responsive and very helpful and never letting their frustration with me show. What I say, that the only way you will find a kitchen like this would be in a penthouse apartment snd probably not either. The amount of cupboards and counter space is making me giddy with anticipation. I love to cook and this apartment will allow me to actually take everything put of storage and put away.. I am so excited to be able to move in very soon. I will be a long term resident, so I am happy to read everyineveryine's remarks. I have yet to see the apartment inperson or to show it to my service dog. I apologize for the typing,,thus the residual of my illness. I hope to meet all who still reside.

My husband and I toured a 2 bedroom apartment at Creekside a couple weeks ago. The leasing agent was very friendly, helpful, and provided us with information about the community to reference as we took the self guided tour. The overall feel of the community is very homey!

Recently, I was re-located to a new office and have been looking for a place closer to work. I had the opportunity to visit Creekside Apartments and was pleasantly surprised! I felt more like I was visiting a neighborhood community then an apartment complex. It is beautifully landscaped and quiet, considering it is off the expressway, the brick wall around it probably helps. Michelle was helpful and patient with all my random questions,which was great not being rushed. I wasn't able to see the amenities due to them being closed, which I understand. Unfortunately, there were no 1 bedrooms available at the time as I would have applied
