The cost of our direct cremation service is one flat fee, $895. Unlike the majority of funeral industry providers, we do not have a starting price and surcharge model. We set our price to be transparent so there are no surprises. Many of our families have commented that by having a set fee, we’ve made the cremation services more affordable and predictable.
Our price includes: transportation of your loved one to our facility, direct cremation (within three to five business days of completed authorizations), all necessary permits & fees, return of remains in a Solace urn (either in-person delivery in our service area or via USPS Priority Mail). Only death certificates are an additional cost and you are able to select the desired number at the time of requesting our services.
Once authorizations are received, the cremation will take place within three to five business days. The overall process takes between seven and ten days.
When you request direct cremation services from Solace, through our website or by phone, we gather the most pressing information we need to bring your loved one into our care, address of their current location, your name, relationship to loved one and phone number, and estimated weight of loved one.
