This place is a joke, I would give them negative stars if I could. I got injured and they would not consider my phone notice as 'due process' and only considered my '25 day late' form submission as notice and not process my leave of absence request. I was told "If they engage every leave of absence request from folks who pay for membership and not come in, they would be out of business!" Wow so they accept they run a business with intent of making money by NOT providing for services that they claim to. I was ready to even give a medical certificate from my doctor but no, none of it mattered. I was the fool who was asking them to be "unfair" for their 'made up' rules.

Pretty below average club with a cramped weight room. Heard racquetball players screaming sometimes lol not sure if they're ok in the head. Can think of 4 employees there that I actively avoid because they're annoying or mean. Just go to 24 hour fitness if you're looking to lift weights or use cardio equipment. Can't speak on the other service since I don't use them.

Lots of sporting options not found in other activity centers. Great use of space. Entire building felt dated. Despise middle-school, cattle showers, especially when membership is incredibility overpriced.

I was a guest here and found it to be friendly and complete. With numerous offerings. Visiting only the swimming area, there were pools for laps, general swimming and play, one that had a "pool party" with provided rafts and balls and a hot tub. All had staff available that were helpful and friendly. Water wings and flotation aids were available for young and non-swimmers The water was clean and appropriately warm.
