I think the office was efficient with the communication and scheduling. I did this process 10 years ago and 10 years later I did the process again with the firm and it went smoother than before. Reading through some of the lower star reviews it appears many people have scheduling issues. My wife and I never experienced any scheduling issues and they were quite accommodating with our schedules. The paralegal that worked our case was EXTREMELY quick replying to emails that were sent, even outside of normal business hours. She went above and beyond for us. They were very clear on the process, what forms were needed, and what was expected from us. They wont hold your hand through gathering your documents but they shouldn't have to. That falls on you. Overall I am very satisfied with Bailey Immigration. While the process is far from fun they made it as painless as it could be.
