I had good experience with the office I am very satisfied with the experience I had here. I had gone to another attorney before but this office actually got things done and I can proudly say I got my residency today. My first language is French and I was relieved to see that they have a French attorney, Ian Royer in the office to make me feel comfortable with communication. I will be doing all future immigration processes here and have even referred my friends here. I am very happy and would always recommend them with anyone. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Bailey Immigration, they helped me with my adjustment of status and all their staff were very professional with me especially Jessica who helped me through all my process she was very responsive with all the questions I had. I highly recommend them. Thank You Jessica C and Diana Bailey for helping me with my adjustment of status.

I think the office was efficient with the communication and scheduling. I did this process 10 years ago and 10 years later I did the process again with the firm and it went smoother than before. Jessica helped us throughout the way, always with the help of the attorney Diana. We plan to have our family members do processes with them in the future as well.

Reading through some of the lower star reviews it appears many people have scheduling issues. My wife and I never experienced any scheduling issues and they were quite accommodating with our schedules. The paralegal that worked our case was EXTREMELY quick replying to emails that were sent, even outside of normal business hours. She went above and beyond for us. They were very clear on the process, what forms were needed, and what was expected from us. They wont hold your hand through gathering your documents but they shouldn't have to. That falls on you. Overall I am very satisfied with Bailey Immigration. While the process is far from fun they made it as painless as it could be.

Hello, I wanted to ask you if I can obtain political asylum. I was in the military in Mexico for 12 years and I wanted to know if I can and what I need to do

Hello Ricardo, I need more information. Please call the office at 503-224-0950. There are many questions you would need to know such as: when was your last entry to the US? Why are you afraid to return to your country? Who are you afraid of and why? Could you live in any safe place in your country? I will check the phone questionnaire our paralegal completed with you to learn what benefits you may be eligible for.

Normally, we have potential clients who call and complete a questionnaire with a legal assistant. Within 1-2 days, I review the questionnaire and let you know if we can help, how we can help and what the cost will be. This evaluation is free. If we cannot help, we will inform you. (503)224-0950
