I love the apartment except for the fact I have animals constantly making noise in my walls! Everything else has been great so far but I have pets who also go crazy by the noise. My dog will hear a bird cry in the wall or a squirrel scratching and she will bark, cry, and pace trying to find it. Makes it extremely hard when I have to work from home (I'm a teacher and constantly have to grade and sometimes work virtually) and complete my master's degree homework. All they say they can do is wait for the animals to go into a trap. If they could find the holes and fix them I would give this review 5 stars. I've had squirrels and birds in my walls (there's two walls I can hear them in) on at least five separate cases minimum since November. Right now the animals in the walls are so loud I literally can't sit in my living room but have to move to the bedroom to enjoy watching tv, do homework, grade, and sleep. Hopefully this will not be as common in summer but keep that in mind. I'm only leaving this review because if someone had told me about this before I moved in it may have changed my decision, I turned down a different apartment when this one came up because I wanted to live here so much. Everything else is fine so far. Gym is outdated but they have a lot compared to other apartments I've been in. I haven't tried the pool yet but I've heard good things about it. The dog park is nice.

We have lived at Brandychase for about 4 years. The office staff has always been friendly and professional; addressing any issues we have had very promptly. The maintenance team is also very professional and work orders were generally very promptly answered. I would recommend Brandychase to anyone looking to rent in a family and dog friendly neighborhood.

Overall, my experience has been great. The neighbors are friendly, the staff is always helpful, and the complex is nice. When our apartment flooded due to heavy downfall and our sump pump stopped working, they responded quickly and promptly For a first apartment, I have no complaints. Shelley always makes sure that we’re taken care of and says hello when she sees me out and about. I highly recommend this apartment complex for a first time renter
