Had some other things to do in town and decided to get new tires while I was there and I'm so glad I did. Everyone was very nice did a great job with my truck. I was even able to make an appointment and whoever helped me set it up was also very nice. The service manager was especially kind and helpful. I will definitely go back when I need another service.

Came in for oil change. Left with damage under car from being lifted wrong. 🙄 Joys The real problem is the staffing. You might have some guys there that are good and know what they're doing but you have just as good odds of having some guy who really has no business working on cars doing the oil change on your car. 15

I had new tires put on my truck. Immediately noticed vibration in the steering at higher speeds. Called to schedule a re-balancing of the tires and was put on hold for ten minutes and then hung up. Called back a week later and was successful at scheduling an appointment. When I brought the truck in at the specified time I stood for 15 minutes at the service desk while the assistant manager talked on the phone without acknowledging my presence. It seemed as if he hoped that I would just leave. As I had ample time to think I realized that these same people were responsible for the safety performance of my vehicle and decided to go to a reputable service center even though it cost me more. I will never again trust this place for service of any kind on my vehicles.

Called at noon to have tires held for my car. Raced there after work to find out they cant install. To busy. Turning away business is not smart or good customer service. Open till 7pm and i got there before 5:30. Waste of my time. They are not getting my money. Keep your tires. I dont recommend this walmart for anything.
