People that get into the humanitarian field should hold personal biases aside and simply help because that's what they want to do. Don't waste your time with these people unless you need supplies. These people get off on the power to distribute need to those that they deem fit. You're better off going to a church finding someone concerned with the person and not seeing them as a statistic to report on their buisness report's.

Only if funds have not been disbursed by you do have to fill out paperwork to find out. The staff is very helpful so check them out. VETS are high priority also
I think Medicine Wheel has a place after going through there program!
