My grandma was here for 2 years. The staff was consistent and very genuinely caring. One staffer even told me she had already made arrangements to reside here in her older age. These people really knew my grandma and cared. I only moved her because she required memory care and they only had a shared room available. I wanted a private room. Since experiencing other facilities since, I wish I would've tried to make the shared room work and stayed here.
