Save yourself the heartache. Go somewhere else. I have always had a decent experience here under previous management. Heck, this was my first job in high school. This new management doesn’t understand customer service. I took two brand new 37” tires that I bought for my truck and two wheels with old tires on them here to have my new tires put on. Keep in mind that these wheels were on my daily driver truck up until the day I took them in. Dropped them off, they mounted them and I picked them up. When I was unloading them I noticed one was flat. Immediately took it back and dropped it back off. Then I’m told my wheel is cracked and is leaking air. Hmmm… weird because it held air when I dropped it off. Manager tells me it was flat when I dropped it off. It wasn’t. It was literally on my truck that day. But fine… I give them the benefit of the doubt and eat the $207 price of a new wheel. While waiting for the new wheel I decide to put air into the broken wheel(which was given back to me with my new tire installed. Weird that they didn’t remove a new tire from a cracked wheel) and what do you know but my brand new $452 tire is torn at the bead. I call and speak to the manager and am given the run around and told it’s a manufacturer defect. I may believe that if my wheel didn’t mysteriously form a crack at their shop as well. Too many coincidences. Now I’m out $708.99 because on top of everything they charged me $49.99 to destroy my wheel and tire. They knew they damaged it, that’s why my broken wheel was given back to me with my new tire still mounted. Just go somewhere else. The scappoose store is great as is scappoose tire. The St. Helens store is run by a bunch of thieves. My $49.99 job turned into over $700 due to their dishonesty. I even offered to eat the wheel cost if they would eat the tire cost. Nope, they would rather lose a lifetime customer over $452. What a joke UPDATE: they responded to this review with a contact form link. I have yet to be contacted. Their reply means as much as their customer service

My friend had his truck worked on at the sthelens store. When they test drove the truck they hot rod it to where it cracked the exhaust manifold from it being cold my buddy reset his programmer to see if they would drive it hard he noticed right away they hit 30psi of boost the manager lied at first and said he wasn’t hard on it then turned around and said he had to drive it hard to see if it had torque steer even tho it’s real wheel drive. They didn’t replace the broken parts and didn’t work with my friend at all he is out 1400 from this when he just needed front end work done. If you have something fast or built don’t let them drive it unless ur in the car or truck.

Called around and this store had an opening (they were going to close in 1.5 hours) so I went in with 4 brand new tires I bought from Amazon. Gave them the information they asked for and they got to work. After a reasonable amount of time I was on my way home. The fee was reasonable for now days (expect to pay $25 at most businesses) and I felt like they did a great job. I trust them and I felt safe driving down the road. I will go back in the future for my tire needs etc. Truck is a 2021 Tacoma SR5 with no mods. Factory was 245/75R16 and I put on 265/75R16 M/T and they fit good and no issues….. some info for all those gen 3 taco owners. Tire to upper control arm clearance is 1 inch. No issues or rubbing at all. Thank you for a smooth and good service!

Yes, they can give you a free simple inspection and quote, But if they have to really take it apart and look at things by taking the wheels off they may charge you around $10 or something like that , but usually they can just visually look and say if you need brakes and they will then give you a quote for how much it will cost to fully repair your brakes like new. They will typically also give you a credit and let you make payments on the repairs

I don't think so. They closed at 6. I have never been able to talk to anyone after that. Sorry!
Yes I'm not sure if they charge for it but I know they replace lugnuts.
My suggestion is calling les Schwab or walking into the tire center to ensure proper information from the horses mouth
