Great trucking school with very helpful instructors, don’t be afraid to ask for help, they have patience and are very lenient with your work schedule. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting their CDL, I start a 6 figure career this Monday and I couldn’t be more grateful for mid city trucking academy. Thank you everyone!

Their instructor and the examiner fought in the middle of the driving exam and all the examiners left the exam area. Since then no real updates plus cancellation on next weeks driving exam. Lost 3 weeks because of the fight. If you pay attention in this driving academy you will learn how to drive a truck and also learn how to fight with people.

Had a great experience training at Mid City and developed the necessary skills to pass the state examination process. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and willing to help hard working students learn the ropes and pass the test. Company leadership is top notch and goes above and beyond for students who apply themselves.

The difference is class A you can drive any vehicle tractor and trailer ,straight truck,or box truck Class B you can only drive ST or box truck Also class A makes more money but starting off the money varies until you have at least 1 years experience

If you pay out of pocket $2800.00. If you go through the W.I.A program they charge the state over $4000.00. They have payment plans if you paying out of pocket weekly or bi weekly.
