I called and scheduled a sports massage which I’ve had done here before and it was booked two months out. My insurance has not changed from 2020. I get done with the massage that was amazing, only for them to tell me that my insurance didn’t cover and I had to pay full price. I know they called my insurance before I came in, so if it wasn’t covered then why wouldn’t you call me and let me know before I came in and had to pay full price. I’m so incredibly frustrated. This is horrible customer service.

Not a chiropractor.
Hello Walt, we do accept Providence, however Medicare plans haven't started covering massage therapy unless performed by a chiropractor or physical therapist. We would be happy to verify benefits for you. Call our office Monday thru Friday and we can assist you.
