Very nice complex, set up off the main road, private and quiet. Pretty big complex too.. Just moved here back in august and I really love it so far! I moved here for the pool and they are pet friendly! I’d recommend it! :) management is great and friendly!

A great place to live, just like the sign out front says. Management are friendly and good at what they do and the grounds and maintenance crew are very attentive and they keep everything in fantastic shape. The apartments are not cheap, but all of the staff make you feel welcome and never treat you like you're just a paycheck to them. Worth every penny.

If you are looking for a great place in NKY that is centrally located, priced sensibly, and filled with nice residents and staff, this is the place for you. I lived here for a year upon moving to take a new job, the staff was great, they care but aren't overbearing. THE HOT TUB IS AWESOME, and a feature that not all places have, I never met a resident at the pool, tennis courts, or walking my dog who wasn't friendly. Every apartment has maintenance issues but Dave and team really care and will make sure you are all set. The gym, in my opinion, isn't in the best shape (equipment is old) but Planet Fitness is like 5 minutes away and it is $10 a month, brand new gym. I moved to rent a house from a friend but it was a very nice place to live and I would recommend living there!
