I live here and I love it maintenance come when they're supposed to it's beautiful and it's quiet the wild life is great and it's just a wonderful experience

You would have to call them but 1 bedroom get taken very quickly, the rent is $600 per month with a $400 down deposit. Depending on you get the apartment you will need to pay the rest of the months rent
