I consider myself somewhat of a Waffle House connoisseur. I have eaten in very many and have frequented several high performing franchises. This is one of the good ones. GREAT employees that exhibit great communication amongst each other and their customers. Food is always perfect and service is always exceptional. If you aren’t a regular they will sure make you feel like one! Even on their busiest days they run a well oiled machine. It’s a treat when we get to enjoy some Waffle House and this franchise always makes it a great experience.

I would seriously consider firing the person in charge of hiring and firing. It's unacceptable to come into a wafflehouse and be told only three tables are available because of a lack of staff. The money lost is far greater than the money required to hire work. Texas Roadhouse doesn't have staffing issues.

Very nice she made special waffles for my little girl. We had been at children's hospital because she had been very sick. This really nice and sweet man paid for our food.

not one to leave a review often, however I am highly disappointed on the inconvenience and how inconsiderate not only two different staff members were towards me today but also the store manager. I called at 7:10 to place a to go order as I was on my way to work, was told by one server they don’t do to go orders. I asked why they stated because they just don’t do it. So I hung up called back 20 minutes later at 7:30 to place a to go order and this lady told me that she can place the to go order but it would have to be while I was in the restaurant, I explained I was on my way to work and wanted it to be ready when I got there instead of waiting an extra 20-30 minutes. She stated they are very short staffed and don’t do to go orders. I asked to speak to a manger and she then hung up on me. I showed up at the restaurant to make my order at 7:40 and they had 5 staff members and one two person table. This is absolutely crazy that they won’t do to go orders when they have 5 STAFF member & only one table. So I pulled off and took my business elsewhere. I will be calling corporate today.
