We live at Crestview Lakes Villa, a mobile home park in Burlington. SD1 has been overcharging residents based on their water usage. $40 & $50 SD1 bills for a $19 water bill. SD1 issued refunds ranging from $150-$350 to (4) families but not until they were called on it. This has been going on for years & alotta people don't know they're paying too much. I'm educating people in my area about this theft & giving them the information they need to get credit for overcharges.

Be aware if you sign up for auto pay on their mobile website and select credit card it doesn't note that there is a processing fee of $2.65. This is for "auto pay". I discovered this after the auto pay went through and thoroughly tested their "mobile" website to make sure I didn't miss it. It does note it if you make a one time payment. They refused the $2.65 refund for their mistake. Like their exorbitant rates aren't enough they then scam customers for another $2.65.

No they are billed separately. Although your sanitation is billed by your last quarter water usage. So sept-dec is based on jun-aug average.
I have been reading on message boards all month about this increase. It is almost triple my highest monthly monthly water bill. So their explanation is not correct. It is also almost 3 times my past SD1 billls. I guess everyone in northern Ky has a water leak. Not
