I had a bad experience at the Take 5 in Alexandra, KY last time I had an oil change. Long story short, manager called and told me the next time I was due for an oil change, it would be free and it would be notated in my record. Went to get my oil changed on Friday, waited well over an hour and nothing was in my record about receiving a free oil change. The guy taking care of me checked with his manager and manager said if I had an email chain to show them, I could receive the free oil change. There was no email chain. The manager told me he would notate it in my record. I trusted he did. I called Alexandria Take 5 three times until someone finally answered. When they did, I was told that manager no longer worked there and nothing they could do. So I spent 101.00 for an oil change with a coupon that was suppose to be free. They did not check my filters, and not sure if they topped off my fluids, and rear tire is still low on air. The guy who was taking care of me was very nice. It wasn’t his fault, but I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Went in this morning for an oil change. The guys in there were very kind, very professional and very helpful! They will definitely be getting my business in the future

First time here...not impressed at all...They were struggling for quite a while trying to use one of their machines to suck out the oil through the dipstick tube...Because my vehicle (Hyundai Genesis) supposedly doesn't have an oil drain plug in the engine...Told them that there definitely is a drain plug...They round it after a while....smh....

Yes
No, Take 5 does not do turn ups. "we change your engine oil along with the filter. Vital under hood fluids are checked and replenished to the recommended level"
I get higher grade oil for older vehicles and it's $60.
Aprox 70$+ tax
It only 45 if you get to coupon offline
Depends on year make and model of the vehicle. Also what type of oil you choose.
yes
Yes, but it is called puron now and you should let your mechanic put it in for you, unless you are knowledgeable about this kind of cooling system
