I have been going to this place for years, but I will not step foot in this establishment again. Very unprofessional. I walked in and didn't receive a hi and it took them at least 10 minutes before asking what service I wanted. I asked if I could soak my feet until it was time for my service to start and I was told no. Mind you I was the only person waiting for a service. Another 10 minutes of waiting another woman comes in. Both Kevin and Kelly greet the women and holds a conversation. All I'm saying is professionalism goes a very long way. Only Once when I was getting up to leave I was told they were getting ready to start my water. Please do better. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it sure will be the last!!!

First, Keli is an amazing nail technician. Kevin,the owner, did a horrible job and when asked about what could be done about my nails, he became belligerent, nasty and used profanity towards myself and in front of the other customers. I quote “ I ain’t gonna do $h1t for you!” Not only did I feel uncomfortable and disrespected… I was embarrassed for Keli and the way he spoke to her…. Kevin has no clue about customer service.
