I would give this place less if I could. I am traveling with a blind dog, and needed a ground floor pet room. They said they had one, so we checked in. I went to open the door of the room and the urine smell was so overpowering that I couldn't enter the room. When I went for a refund, the guy at the front kept trying to get me to accept a second floor room. I had to repeat myself twice to get the refund. I don't understand how a housekeeper could've missed the overwhelming urine smell.

I have been all over the world as a pilot with the USAF..I have stayed in many places. I have excellent service here and friendly staff. This means everything to me. Could I choose to stay in expensive places? Sure..but I choose home style accommodations. This motel is kept clean daily by staff.

Positive: Absolutely nothing. It was disgusting.i know we didn't pay for a 5 star hotel, but you atleast expect it to be clean Negative: Everything. Toilet immediately backed up after first pee and needed plunged. Black socks from walking on carpet. Roaches in the bathroom. No phone in room to call front desk. Smoking room with windows that did not open. RIDICULOUS!!!

Positive: The location was the best. Negative: Very disappointing to expect the free breakfast as advertised. It even states this on their sign outside. When asked they said they haven't served breakfast for years now. Floor lamps were crooked and no decor on walls. The bed linens were clean.
