I've been here 4 times in the past year and each time was treated rudely. Now I doordash and I refuse every order that comes in from here because I absolutely will never step foot in this place again. I'm a very easy going person, kinda on the shy side and they make me feel very uncomfortable.

🍩's were fresh but if you order any thing with oatmilk, don't ask me why, it takes them longer to prepare and u might wait a little longer than usual. Other than that greT service, clean and will visit again.

I wish I could them no stars. My wife is a go to dunkin doughnut person and very friendly. There is one woman and man that work there that are extremely rude. I always come here and get a sweet tea and they always give me a non sweet tea. Then i have to drive back and correct it.They cant even get a sweet tea correct. We will go to a different location from here on out. It's not worth it. Take the extra drive to a good location.

Lovely Dispute

I go to the one in Burlington mostly but Was in this area so decided to stop at this one. Every time I go here they're always in a rush to take your order, and they get it wrong half the time. Today I went and ordered an iced coffee with mocha with cream and sugar, but got charged for cold foam I didn't order? The lady repeated to me that I said I wanted cold phone and I kept repeating that I did not. When I said the first time I didn't order it, it should've just been that. I work in fast food myself, there's no reason to argue with paying customers. Accidents happen. If she was more nice about it and said sorry, it wouldn't of been a big deal. But you continue to say that I said something that I am repainting I did not say it's not good customer service. I was also not offered a refund for the charge of he foam. When they remade the coffee, they didn't put any sugar in it. Looks like I won't be coming back to this place anytime soon. If you want the Dunkin go to the one in Burlington. The ladies are very nice.
