You grabbed my prescription from the lacking Buttermilk Pike location, got it filled in 30 minutes and were super helpful during the entire process, by keeping us updated on the progress!! Great Pharmacy and Pharmacy personnel!! Thanks again! We will drive there from Villa Hills, instead of the Walgreens less than a mile away!!!

With partnering with Kroger, i was about to cook dinner had no onions. Grocery store is 5 miles in heavy yraffic. Walgreens was 2 blocks away! I remembered they have a complete small grocery store. Got eveything for dinner from meat, veggies. Baby supplis and food. Liquor also. Plus a full pharmacutical drug store.

Some of the pharmacy staff are utterly irresponsible and arrogant. I have faced consistent delays in my order pickup and they don’t inform when the order is ready for pickup. I had one of the worst experiences today when I went to pickup my order, they said it wasn’t filled as my insurance don’t want to cover until another week. But they failed to clarify the insurance that they are giving the reminder of my partial order. When I asked for further info, one of the lady yelled at me saying I missed pickup and refused to provide further information. She couldn’t even tell me how much more is left on my prescription. It’s disgusting that we customers have to deal with people who don’t have basic manners. If I were the manager of that store, I would have fired that staff right away.

I love Walgreen's. It has always been like a mini grocery store for ne....without the long lines. Their selection is great, and their prices are very competitive. The cashiers are quite friendly and pleasant. I visit Walgreen's at least three times a week.
