I love BIGGBY coffee!!! 💚🥰 The shop in union has the most amazing staff!!! The drink is always to perfection(seriously, this coffee is a whole addiction... Lol 😂) but the blonde manager that works there, IS LITERALLY ALWAYS there!! Who ever her boss is.... SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!!

Taste of coffee isn't consistent, sometimes it's good and sometimes it taste like coffee grounds or just too sweet and they don't always have all the ingredients to make their sandwiches also the drive thru customers get too much priority over walk in customers. The inside seating needs work and so does the cleanliness of the establishment so I'm not too impressed with this location.
