The room was ok , the bed was uncomfortable. The people across the hall was being extremely loud most of the night , my husband ask them to quiet down when that didn't work he called the front desk . And hour later they were still being loud and kept hearing banging noises. We called the front desk again and it seems the man at the desk hung up the phone on my husband . The people were never dealt with . we were never offered another room or a refund . I called the main company to file a complaint but haven't heard back from them .

I booked this room online with my Wyndham points that I've accumulated. When I do that on ur app, I am given a confirmation # and that's it. Im never told I have to pay a deposit on a card. What if i didn't have it on me? I already paid for the room! Anyway, the room was great. I loved the bathroom and the beds were comfy and clean! The whole place was light, bright and airy and clean. The only thing missing was a smart tv. That is the only thing that would of made it better for me. The man at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. I'd stay again and recommend to anyone! Thanks!

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We stayed here for my birthday & we were probably only in the hotel for a total of 6 hours, because we spent most our time out in Cincinnati. Somehow though, we were still a huge problem & I still don’t understand how. We were quiet, respectful, & really only used our rooms to sleep. Yet we ended up being followed around the hotel & told every time someone saw us that we were “causing issues” but never told what the issue was. The people who work here were not friendly at all & definitely ruined my birthday experience just a little.

Safety is a big risk factor as much as cleanliness. Upon having reviewed the motel I wish I could give it zero stars no pride in the cleaning and the room smelled like an ash tray. The patrons down the hall were smoking weed which as an observed review not very health oriented.
