The bathroom tray next to the sink holding free shampoo and soap was caked with soap residue as was the edge of the bathtub next to the wall. The stopper did not work, the water seeped out almost as fast as it went in. The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke and mold. The beds had strands of hair in them, the only good thing about this place is the beds were comfortable. Also the window had tons of finger and hand prints on it. Will never stay here again!

A lot of tubs in the hotels in the surrounding area seem to have a chipping paint issue, which I feel makes it unsafe to take a bath, which is important for relaxation. Other than that, my 3rd floor non smoking was clean and well prepared and it has been an enjoyable stay. The staff has been friendly, helpful and kind. I just wish all the tubs could be repaired for baths, but I realize that is extensive work.

Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: There was no hot breakfast at all. A banana, muffin and granola bar in a brown bag. This is not a continental breakfast that I have had at other hotels. No paper was offered. The wi-fi did not work. The room had ripped covers on the bed.

Bed was really comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. Slept great. Great location next to the interstate, shopping and restaurants. Despite being close to the interstate it was not super noisy at night. Price was very reasonable. Is great that they allow pets. Cons: My non smoking room totally reeked of cigarettes. I got a headache. Carpet had wet spots. The desk chair was disgusting, worn and old. Mold on the window sill and the ceiling had water leak damage. Couldn't figure out wifi (no password provided). Somebody's old crumpled up lingerie was under the bed. That's disgusting. When I got home I had to wash everything including my shoes and bag.
