Cycle Portland - Bike Tours, Rentals, Repairs

Cycle Portland is an amazing team. We rented bikes for 4 days and Carl was great to deal with at the store. No issues with the rentals, great service and amazing help. I would highly recommend them. Next time, we will add a bike tour to itinerary for sure!

I rented a couple e-bikes for a day trip to Portland with my girlfriend. We could not have been happier. Great bikes, great service, friendly staff, and fair prices. They helped me secure my laptop on the back rack, and kept trying until it was perfect. They also had a nice selection of helmets in different sizes and styles, and the bikes come with sturdy u-locks. They do charge extra for a phone mount, but it's worth it if you're not familiar with the city. Portland can be a little confusing with one-way bike lanes and so many bridges, it's nice to have navigation.

We booked online two bikes one day before. Later at the same day someone broke into our van and all our stuff and personal documents were stolen. We asked the customer support if its possible to get our money back, because we have a lot of trouble with the embassy and the police and thats why we cant take the ride, and she said "iam so sorry... it's not possible". Apparently they need the money more than we do, after all our stuff and money was stolen? What a great act of kindness to help us in a terrible situation!

We walked in and rented 3 multi-speed bikes for 2 hours on our own. Staff was very friendly, helpful and thorough, and provided us with a map of the area with suggestions. We rode almost continuously along the waterfront, extending our ride just past Oaks bottom and even made it across 3 bridges (Burnside, Sellwood, Tilikum) with time to spare. Our bums were a little numb (could use a bit more seat cushioning) but overall we had a great time and definitely recommend Cycle Portland!
