Got an oil change and they forgot to put all the bolts back in on my skid plate. I left and it was dragging and scrapping the whole way back. They bolted it back on and come tell me that it's pretty scraped up and bent and missing 2 bolts, that I must have hit a curb. I'm sitting there thinking "or maybe it's banged up since it was scraping the ground the whole way back. Didn't offer me any discount or even a coupon or anything for my time and trouble. Just said "I really have no excuse and I'm sorry"

The fellas were friendly and did a good job getting me in and out. I appreciated hearing they will soon be able to change the oil without taking the drain plug off. Stripping that can cause years of frustration. Good work today!!

It all depends on whether you get traditional, synthetic, or a synthetic blend. The price will also change if you purchase filters, blades, and/or other lubricants. I recommend you contact someone at Jiffy Lube to learn about the options and prices. Thus year. Including tax, I paid: $91 for a high-mileage oil, a new air filter, and a top-off of the antifreeze with my 1996 Chevy S-10 pick-up truck (at a Jiffy Lube in Seattle), $77 for a non-specialized, traditional type of oil and a new air filter with my 2010 Mercury Mariner (at the Jiffy Lube in Mount Vernon) $75 for only a synthetic blend of oil to be put into my 2010 Mercury Mariner (at a Jiffy Lube in Seattle).
