Where to begin. Only gave a 1 because zero is not an option. From the moment we committed to trading in our trailer for a new one we have had nothing but regrets with choosing RV Country. My Husband was harassed by both the sales manager and finance manager to provide our social security numbers and to fill out a credit app. We were taking care of our own financing through our credit union and had read previous reviews about credit being pulled by them without consent. The manager told my husband that he wouldn’t have given us a deal had he known we weren’t going to finance through them! How tacky and unprofessional for you to “assume” we were financing through you. We never once “haggled” or even “asked” for a deal! We received a call 2 weeks after signing our paperwork and handing over our trade in from the Fresno office asking for our social AGAIN to get the payoff amount of our trade in!!! We had gotten 3 payoffs for RV Country before signing! We fully expected our trade in to have been paid off at that point! We were also aware from reading previous reviews that getting the plates before your temporary tags expired was an issue. We were assured that we could get a new temporary plate it need be. We called the Fresno office as directed by RV Country. We left multiple messages with zero returned calls. Our roof on our brand new trailer needs to be replaced and we, again, left multiple messages for service with absolutely zero returned calls. Completely disgusted with RV Country inside and out. Full of excuses and completely unprofessional. I will NEVER recommend anyone use them.

We had a great experience with RV Country, Nick in particular. He really listened to what we were looking for and made the deal happen. He was there to answer all of our questions and very helpful. He was super knowledgeable about the brands and really took his time to listen to us. Would definitely recommend and return!
