I called in for a non emergency issue and a police cruiser was sent out immediately. Everyone I interacted with was very nice to deal with. Thank you for the service to this community.

I would give an extra star for the prompt response, but the nonchalant attitude of the officer warrants less. The first officers who showed up a couple of months ago were respectful, kind, and helpful. Even though there was nothing they could legally do about the situation, they followed through and went to talk to the other party. Not tonight. I was treated as if my concern did not matter and was asked, "What do you expect us to do about it?" For the first time in my life, I do not feel safe in my own environment. Tolleson PD...a little empathy would go a long way.

I'm appalled by who ever worked tonight 7/10/19 @around 10:30pm as a dispatcher. She was so rude when answering the phone. Called to make a report and she rudely answered yelling "HOLD ON !!!" with a very bad attitude. Lady if you're unable to be polite when answering a phone then maybe you're in the wrong business. Is service like hers why Tolleson residents might don't want to report anything and it's why it has gone down the gutter. Scary/dangerous place to go to or think of living.

I would like to know if a person whom I had a court order against has been caught? His name is David Banda d.o.b. 10/21/1955. I would like closure on this matter and I hope I don't have to go on looking over my shoulder. thank you Gloria U Garcia

You would need to inquire within the jurisdiction in which the court order had originated from, typically that jurisdiction is to notify the party(parties) involved of any changes of said individual(s)status as to protect the public from any further accurance(s),hense the deffinition of the Protection Order
