I am visiting from out of town and got Covid symptoms. This urgent care was great. I was in and out in under an hour and Jennifer Elliott and all the assistants answered all my questions. They followed up the next day and got my prescription in right away. Very comforting to know they are there while I’m on vacation.

I've had to go to their urgent care a few times. They SHOULD give patients an estimated wait time. I've had to wait upwards of 1.5 hours each time I've been in. They pull you back for the nurse visit, making you think you'll be seen quickly, but then send you back out for an additional 45 min-1 hour. Then once they send pull you back again for the actual visit, you still wait at least 15 minutes before being seen. I call that a money grab; you get charged for the nurse visit, even if you can't actually wait the ~2 hours to be seen by the doctor. Why not give an estimated wait time? Why not do the nurse visit all at once?

I need a letter from a doctor certifying they saw my daughter as proof of identification for social security card bc she is too young to have another form of proof. They saw my daughter for her physical, the doctor who met with us is still employed there but they are saying that I now need another appointment because it has been longer than a year, even though the physical is good for two in our state. They are unwilling to provide the letter certifying they did see my daughter and gave her a physical prior, only if I pay for a new appointment. The reason they give is because they are not a primary care physician. We don't have a primary care physician bc where we live they are not taking new patients so I do not have a choice. This is frustrating and wrong. This is a standard letter that they could make in 5 minutes to complete and want to charge me $60.00 to have us come there (about a 45 minute -1 hour depending on traffic) to do. IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE THIS DIFFICULT!
