First time coming to Cooper’s and we had a phenomenal time! You get 2 samples of wine before you choose a glass which was a very nice touch. My girlfriend and I ended up getting the white and red flights, and it was an excellent decision! Then following up with their braised short ribs and their shrimp and scallop risotto we were in heaven. And with a friendly waitress needless to say we can't wait until we get to come again, highly recommend!

Outstanding! We had a fantastic experience. The wine was delicious, food was savory and our waiter Adam was knowledgable and entertaining. Our food was served on time and got. Definitely one of the top 3 restaurants in our area. Update: had dinner againWe started with potstickers (my husband's favorite). For our dinner entrees, I had the ginger salmon with wasabi mashed potatoes. Salmon was a little overcooked for me but it was still good. My husband had the chicken risotto which he described as flavorful with good texture. We had an excellent night

Had a nice dinner out with a choose your own wine flight. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for food and wine. You can also sample the wines before committing to a glass. The food is good...our daughter had the kids chicken parmesan and the it was crispy on the skin. The good kind of crispy not burnt. The wine may very by taste, but I like mine spicy and they have a few reds to fit this category. Highly recommend the shrimp and scallop risotto.
