Hi mcdonalds I was right on the dot for breakfast I got to box at approximately 10:28 to order, your employee told me hold on a second, made me sit there for three minutes till 10:31 and then when we asked for breakfast she yelled at us and said It's is lunch time now you will get lunch if you want food hear. Very rude then we went to the next guy who was very kind who kindly told us there was know breakfast kudos to him but we still should of got breakfast thank you McDonald's for ruining my day

The manager Larissa was terrible. The guy who took my order was awesome. I ordered a drink with no whip cream. Anytime that I have had the whip cream at McDonald’s I get these little red itchy bumps on my arms and chest. The manager Larissa made the drink with whip cream on it. The cashier notices this right away and sets off to make one without whip cream. She begins to be right the guy telling him to simply scrape the whip cream off and give me the first o drink. I told her that wouldn’t work and mentioned the allergy, And she proceeds to follow me out the door after I am leaving telling me that the drink I ordered has dairy in it and so if I’m allergic to the whip cream then I’m allergic to the drink too.(I buy this drink debt times a week with no issues) the thing that bothered me the most was the way she treated her employee.

Don’t ever go to this store expecting to have your order fast. Been waiting in the drive thru for 18 minutes and still haven’t gotten my order. What’s the point of being called FAST FOOD when the food comes as fast as a normal restaurant… don’t waste your money..

Wish I could do zero stars. Worse McDonald's ever. Didn't receive receipt nor one of my sandwiches, store phone disconnected. I had called four times before returning back to the store to ask for my sandwich that I didn't receive. Drive thru crew member said that I needed my receipt for them to do anything, which I was literally just there 10 mins ago. First first window crew member recognized me and said to just give me my sandwich I didn't get but they continue to treat me like I was stupid. No manager came to the window to talk to me. A crew member came out with the wrong sandwich and argued that what I order was the wrong way and then went back inside then another lady with the right sandwich came out and then said I had to pay again for my food that wasn't given to me that I already paid for again. Worse service that I have ever received anywhere in my life. I will never be back to this location. I was disrespected over and over and made to feel like I did something wrong. Not once did the manager come to speak to me during this whole situation. Two employees basically tried to make me feel stupid and wrong instead of just doing the right thing. My husband had to drive all the way up to the store to help deal help me with this situation and be loud with them for them to do what they should've done in the first place. Worse place ever! Highly do not recommend going here.
