If I could give zero stars I would. Their confusing ticket numbers caused an UNSANITARY situation, someone else to be sifting their hands thru my food, which is why they NEED to fix their confusing system! They called out my order number 259, but the ticket said 859. Waited an extra 15 minutes before they clarified that 859 is 259. I told their manager it's confusing and they need to fix their system. The manager said tell corporate. I said I already tried that and the McDonald's feedback website just crashes. She said she can't fix the kiosk, sorry. If you dine in, they will ignore the table top pylons and will Not bring the food to your table because they're "understaffed" yet they leave the pylons available while their purpose is defeated. This location is Very Sloppy with their business and their team needs better training, including the manager. McDonald's Overall seems to becoming sloppier every year and it seems they just don't care.

I usually order (drive-thru) at this location around dinner time or late nights. Shout out to all the staff that always make the drive-thru experience a great one! (Nice people, quick service.)

Just left after waiting 10min and no service for one item. Two people in the lobby were ahead of me. One gentleman had been there for 15+ minutes, and the other was there for just as long or longer. All three of us had already paid. After waiting for my 10min, I told the folks behind the counter not to bother with my order because I was leaving. No refund was offered. Despite that McDonald's being amazingly convenient for me, I will not be returning and will go out of my way to go to other establishments. It seems the only time things get accomplished is in the morning, and early afternoon.

So got a craving for some fries and a couple McDoubles done up differently. Man at the window knew what he was doing and asked for a second while hitting all the buttons for the sandwiches I wanted. Great communication and accuracy by him on all accounts! Do your best to keep this man. I wait in line for a bit. It's rush and I understand. Received my order after a few Jeopardy Jingles. Come home to the picture down below. Now I'm not angry, as the gentleman in the window saved a star. I'm not asking for anything personally nor do I expect anything to actually happen. All I ask is give your people in the back some love! While I worked here, we'd be lucky to get 3 days of hands on training before getting stuck with one other person of similar skill until closing if not by ourselves entirely >during rush<. in fact I'd be surprised if there were more than 5 people working in the entire store tonight. 2 per window, 1 on bagging and fries and 2 in the back making sandwiches. One of which in the back, by the time I've posted this, is getting started on dishes. Just know I feel you but this isn't acceptable. Put the cheese in between the patties please!
