Great customer service in a remote place close to a small town, next to a gas ⛽, we got a burger and 🐥 nuggets for lunch while driving down south toward NC.

Good was usual McDonald's. Service was just okay. Person at pickup may have been new but didn't know what was with my order. In the end, I got what I ordered.

Short staffed so drive-thru only. Order was only for 2 drinks and was pre-ordered for curbside pickup, promised a wait time of only 5 minutes...we finally left after 20 minutes. I called to cancel the order and a very rude employee or manager told me that they couldn't cancel the order or refund me for drinks we never received because of their inept service. This restaurant is right off of the highway, so people go there expecting fast service or a place to get a break from the car. This place has neither and horrible attitude towards customers.

Always check your bags before pulling off sometimes they forget stuff sometimes they don't the food is always cooked right and the wait is never that LNG even when there is a line
