Tim is the store manager, office manager and he is a gem. Plenty to choose from and nice show room. Not only am I coming back but my significant other thing s going to make some separate purchases because of how well the store manager treated us. Thank you so very much. Be back to buy my Milan Midnight Blue most comfortable and beautiful couch in August. Thanks Tim!!!!

Love my furniture set I purchased and the delivery team was fast, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately the communication part of the experience was not good. The delivery team informed me that they were not given a box spring. Therefore I had to call the store which I did. I was told my salesman should have called me due to the box spring being on backorder or delayed. I was not told or called prior. Now I have to wait almost a week before I can sleep in my bed. Not to happy about that.

The delivery team was great! , They were quick, but thorough and professional the entire time! I'm pretty sure I was the first delivery of the morning and they came before the projected window I was given. Nothing better than getting your expected delivery first thing in the morning instead of planning your whole day around waiting. The store sales reps were great also, especially Robin Morgan! This is my first purchase from VCF, but it definitely won't be my last!

Will never step foot in this business again, could not get helped, this has happened 2 other visits in the past, people are rude, all the sales reps look like they are still hung over and wearing the same clothes from the night before, just disgusted. The asst mgr, Ben was his name...ha ha, man you could really care less. All someone had to do is ask us, can we help you? We knew what we wanted and were ready to pay for it. Big mistake. Big Sandy was amazing and they loved helping is out and they had most of their pieces in stock.
