Domino's Pizza

We placed the order through the app. It did all the fun stages (baking, quality check, finished, blah,blah,blah…). So I drive up to the location for pick up. It was an absolute unorganized mess. It was pizza armageddon. Pizza carnage. Pizza boxes, all ready to go, all over the place. However they were all out of order. Must have been 50 pizzas in boxes waiting for delivery or pickup. However, the staff didn’t know which pizza/side item went with each order. So there I was. My pizza has been ready for at least 30 min and they could not find it… or something to that effect. Meanwhile everyone and their brother were piling in trying to get their order. After another 10 minutes of waiting I finally got my pizza. So it had been sitting up on the waiting rack for at least 45 minutes. I should have asked for a refund right then and there, but not sure it would have done any good. Or that they even cared if I had complained. So I won’t be ordering from here again. Not only because of the wait, but they way they were working. No one wearing gloves preparing or checking the food. All in all made me lose my appetite.

We placed an order for delivery tonight through the Domino's website that they cancelled. They didn't try to contact us at all. Instead, once we called them they said they no longer deliver to our address, which is 3.6 miles away. We've been ordering here for the last year and it is the only option we can select online, so it seems like they are supposed to deliver but are refusing. Absolutely terrible customer service and shady business practices considering they are continuing to take delivery orders they don't intend on fulfilling.

I love this store but I ordered tonight with my rewards and recieved the driest, most underwhelming pizza ever from Dominos. I paid extra for more sauce and cheese and was given dry, sauce less and what I would call garbage pizza. Do better because consistently is what brings consistent customers. Sad!

I order from this location because my order is ALWAYS accurate. Delivery is very quick between 3 and 5pm. Not sure about other times. I HIGHLY recommend the feta and spinach stuffed bread!
