The staff was nice when I came to pick up - but there was a FLY (or some type of bug that looks similar) in my hot head sauce 🤢🥴 disgusted me and I threw my entire order away. I of course would’ve said something had I eaten in, this was to go and I didn’t see it until I got home 30 mins later. This warrants zero stars honestly lol, it’s sickening.

Damon is very rude and unprofessional. First he tried charging for extra sauce that I didn’t get then proceed to talk in a irritating and rude way towards me. I told him he should watch how he talks to people and try explaining things better. He continued to be rude and says he is quitting in 2 weeks anyway.

Portions are getting smaller every time. Went in Friday night and nothing but Teenagers working and totally dysfunctional, I got a chicken bowl and counted 7 pieces of chicken on it, the girl on the line was arguing with her own employees and acted like she was stoned out of her mind. I had to tell her literally 10 times what I wanted and then I ask for pico and she puts corn on it. Check out they give me someone else’s food, finally go home and the food doesn’t taste as good as times in the past and the lettuce tasted like Lysol.

Came in on a Saturday night at 7:00 P.M. March 26th. No lights were on people were eating in the dark. My husband asked for fajita peppers and the manager told him nope no more tonight he wasn’t going to fix them. The last time we came in on a Saturday night at 8:30 and they told us that they closed the dining area to clean it. This young man who is the manager seems more like he is in a hurry to have everything cleaned up so he can leave.. Service is acceptable when the female manager is on duty. Very disappointed on weekend nights . We literally had to ask him to turn on the lights so we could eat .
